Where we ship

We ship from our family table. The shop is online only — no storefront, no pickup window, no “come grab it off the printer.” Checkout asks for a ship-to address.

Cost

The bag shows a simple estimate so the total isn’t a surprise. The amount you actually pay for shipping is calculated at checkout from your ZIP. If we run a free-shipping code, you enter it there.

Timing

We print, then we pack. Tags are often same week. Toys next. Custom figures usually 2–5 days on the printer, then they ship. Weekends and filament runs can add a day. You get tracking in email once a label exists — paste that number in Account if you want it on this site too.

What if it sits at the door

We are not responsible for a package after the carrier marks it delivered. If a box arrives crushed or empty, write us the same day with photos — contact or Account → Help.
