This website, clickclub.us, and the Click Club US store are operated by Click Club Prints LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Click Club US", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Products

Our products are 3D-printed decorative and collectible items made to order. Because each item is printed individually, small variations in color, texture, layer lines and finish are normal and are not defects. Product photos and videos are for illustration; actual colors may differ slightly.

2. Age and safety

Our products are intended for ages 14 and up and are not toys for young children. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD â€“ small parts. Not for children under 3. Keep away from small children and pets. Some items are articulated or have moving parts; use them gently. Launcher-style items do not include rubber bands; do not aim at people or animals. You are responsible for supervising use of our products.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item we cannot produce; if we cancel, you will receive a full refund. We may change prices and products at any time without notice. Placing an order confirms you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Production and shipping

Items are made to order, so production time is added to shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled before printing starts. Refunds or reprints are offered only for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 14 days of delivery with a photo. No returns or refunds for change of mind. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, photos and designs are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or resold without permission. Product designs are used under license from their creators. Any third-party names mentioned are used only for description, and those companies do not sponsor or endorse us.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the site are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated in our Refund Policy. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for misuse of products.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page.
