- Do you ship?
- Yes. Online only. We pack and ship — no pickup.
- How long does a print take?
- Same week for stock toys. A Mini 3D Showcase is often 2–5 days to print, then we ship. First layer of a new file is a test, not a full bed.
- What does shipping cost?
- The bag shows an estimate. The real rate is calculated at checkout from your address. See Shipping for details.
- Can I pick colors?
- Yes. Kids pick, grown-ups confirm. Mint, coral, sky, cream — and whatever PLA we have on the shelf that week.
- Do you print licensed characters?
- No. Not Mario, not Elsa, not a logo from a movie. Original Click Club shapes only.
- Is it safe for toddlers?
- Not for under 3. Small parts. Choking hazard. Grown-ups supervise. PLA is not food-safe and not a teether. Read Kid safety.
- How do returns work?
- Unused prints, about 14 days. Log in, open Account, request a return. We reprint or refund. See Returns.
- How do discount codes work?
- Enter them at checkout. They apply when you pay, not in the bag.
- How do I order a custom figure?
- Open Mini 3D Showcase. Send one photo, a name, and three likes. We stylize an original figure — not a copy of a store brand. Then we ship.
